NUMBERS are usually based on good and reliable STATISTICS, which can only be make up from NUMBERS.

The Breeding and Racing Industry is based on QUANTITY and QUANTITY can give big numbers.

The Best Stud Farm means the highest turnover for the season

The Best Sire is the one that produces the most turnover. In the USA, Into Mischief suddenly jumped to 2nd place on the Earning Log after LAUREL RIVER won the Dubai Cup winning $6,96M, who just could not pass MINESHAFT because SENOR BUSCADOR earned $1,2M in the same race.

The Best Racehorse is the one earning the most money in that season. Another horse could be much better, but because of earnings he/she did not make it.

The Best Mare is the biggest Earner, etc.

Average Earning Index (AEI) is not really a number to follow, but what does AEI represents? Best Average from 1, 5, 10, 15, etc. progeny. It's a very liquid statistic.

All the below Sires are now on the map!

The Best of the Best will look after itself.

It was noted that the Juddmonte sire, EXPERT EYE received 50 Stake winning mares in his first couple of seasons at stud. And that's just the Owners contribution.

If you can manage the same for your Sire, don't bother about any system.

In the Article ‘Value Sires, Part V: First Sophomores in 2022’; dated December 14, 2021, Chris McGrath mentions sire numbers that need no system. The sire will soon show you if he can produce a great progeny or not. These also include:

  • CUPID (Tapit), 223 mares in the 1st season, dropping to 53 in the second season, still 278 over two seasons;
  • PRACTICAL JOKE (Into Mischief), 608 mares through first 3 seasons;
  • CLASSIC EMPIRE (Pioneerof The Nile), 321 mares over last three seasons;
  • UNIFIED (Candy Ride), 152 mares in season one, 102 in season two, 68 in the third season and back to 144 in the fourth season;
  • GROMLEY (Malibu Moon), 180 mares in first season, 199 through season 2 and 3 and 148 in the fourth

But if you cannot produce these NUMBERS, you need to find the SYSTEM that can get you beyond this points to equal your chances.
